Dr. Imrana Mohammad

  • Dr. Imrana, a dedicated paediatrician and an educator brings more than a decade of diverse medical experience to her practice in Australia. As a co-founder of IKAS, she is driven to help fellow doctors achieve their professional dreams by sharing her extensive knowledge and experience in medicine and education.

    Being an international medical graduate herself, Dr. Imrana understands the unique challenges faced by doctors entering the workforce in Australia. Today, she is a proud Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and practices medicine in Australia. Her career has spanned major hospitals and specialties, including emergency medicine, internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, psychiatry, and paediatrics.

    Through IKAS, Dr. Imrana channels her passion for mentoring and education into empowering healthcare professionals. She offers guidance on clinical skills, exam preparation, and career development, ensuring her mentees are well-prepared for the demands of the medical profession in Australia. Her approach combines practical knowledge, strategic insights, and compassionate mentorship, creating a supportive environment for learning and growth.

Dr. Kanthi Rekha Vemuri

  • MBBS, FRACP (Australia), Diploma in Immunecompromised host infections (USA) is a Transplant Infectious Diseases specialist currently working in Brisbane Australia, post completion of Transplant Infectious Diseases fellowship at University of North Carolina, USA in 2023.

    She successfully completed Australian Medical Council exams in 2013, she has experience as a tutor for AMC clinical exam and is well qualified to understand the exam process and preparation required.

    She is actively involved in the prevention and management of infections for the solid organ transplant patients.

    She is passionate about promoting the recognized importance of supporting international medical graduates in developing a career pathway in Australia.

  • Welcome to the world of Dr. Abdul Shaik, a dedicated dual registered AT in Neurology & Acute General Medicine, soon to be a Fellow of RACP, ANZAN, and a holder of a stroke fellowship. He brings a wealth of experience and passion to his field.

    Over the years, Dr. Shaik has worked across various departments and sub-specialties, with a keen interest in Vascular Neurology. His pursuit of knowledge extends beyond medicine, as Dr. Shaik also holds a Master’s in Public Health and a Master’s in Health Promotion.

    Dr. Shaik has garnered numerous accolades throughout his career, a testament to his dedication to clinical work and his unwavering passion. He has made his mark in several prestigious hospitals across Australia, always striving for excellence.

    His commitment to academic teaching and active research led him to co-found IKAS, where he channels his expertise to guide the next generation of healthcare professionals. Despite a busy schedule, Dr. Shaik remains devoted to supporting and sharing his knowledge with future healthcare leaders, actively teaching MCQ and Clinical AMC examination candidates.

Mr. Shashank Vuppala

  • Mr. Shashank Vuppala, our in-house Registered Migration Agent (RMA) is a graduate of Monash University, Melbourne. He’s been actively working in the Australian International Education industry for nearly 20 years and is a known figure.

    Always passionate to find a way forward for his clients, Mr Shashank Vuppala has assisted many people with their visa applications and journey to Australia.

    As an RMA, he is authorised to provide immigration advice and assistance to anyone planning to come to Australia. He brings in a wealth of expertise in the area of education and migration.

    With an in-house migration agent in our team, we not only want to focus on training candidates for the Australian Medical Council exams but also provide them the additional services of assistance with their visa applications to Australia.
